The size and resolution of the desired TFT LCD, the type of communication interface between the motherboard and the LCD, the display viewing angle, the choice of touch type, the external dimensions, the structural design, the voltage, the connection method of the FPC, or the designation of the ICPD model.

Depending on the need for communication and validation, and standard or customized materials, such as resistive touch screen or capacitive touch screen, FPC or backlighting, the structural drawings of TFT LCD LCDs are arranged within 2-3 days for customer confirmation.

Sample delivery time for standardized TFT LCD displays is 1-2 days. For customized TFT LCD display, samples are made according to the confirmed drawings. Sample production takes time.Sample delivery lead time for TFT LCD display is generally 7-8 days. Cycle time is 13-16 days.

After the samples are made, they will be inspected according to the sample delivery process. A series of structural and electrical performance tests, high, low temperature and thermal shock aging tests, vibration tests, salt spray tests, etc. will be arranged according to the quality control procedures. We provide actual test reports of TFT LCD display to ensure the reliable performance of TFT LCD display.

After the customer's receive the sample, we will provide the IC driver, TFT LCD display initialization code, the technical support with debugging program, will be lit.
