HC-280HY4001A is a 2.8" TFT LCD LCD display with 240*400 pixel resolution, driver IC is ST7793, high brightness up to 280-800cd/m2 (typical), supports MCU interface, standard model and customized SPI/MIPI/RGB/interface are available. There are two specifications of TN screen viewing angle and IPS screen full viewing angle, which can provide wider viewing angle, high definition and high brightness LCD LCD, meet the requirements of industrial grade and consumer grade production process, stable quality.

- Backlight brightness can be selected, general brightness:250~300cd/m2, medium brightness:400~500cd/m2; high brightness 800~1000cd/m2.

- Resistive touch screen or capacitive touch screen can be selected according to customer's needs; various lamination methods can be selected, frame lamination, OCA full lamination.
